In 1998, a dynamic group of young professionals saw the bright future of digital imaging and founded INUS Technologies, Inc. Since its founding, our company has been fiercely committed to quality, reliability and innovation in both our products and our relationship with our customers.

Chief Executive Officer, INUS Technology, Inc. & Rapidform, Inc.: Dr. Calvin J. Hur
Dr. Hur has been instrumental in INUS Technology’s success, serving as senior VP of Sales and Marketing since 2000. He has led the company’s growth into its position as a global leader in 3D scanning software, with thousands of customers and more than 250 sales partners around the world. In his new role as CEO, Dr. Hur’s responsibilities will expand to include leading all aspects of INUS Technology’s worldwide operations. “For more than a decade, INUS Technology has been helping companies do amazing things with 3D scan data, and our pace of innovation has only quickened,” remarked Dr. Hur. “As we’ve looked for new ways to help our customers bring higher quality products to market faster, we realized that keeping our core team focused on 3D scanning software while augmenting that with some very innovative new products is the smart thing to do." Dr. Hur has earned B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Aided Design from Seoul National University.
Vice President of Business Development, Rapidform, Inc.: Marty D. Chader
Mr. Chader brings over 18 years of experience in the 3D imaging industry, including co-founding one of the digitizer hardware manufacturers. Most recently, Chader was head of Konica Minolta's 3D business unit, spearheading the growth of the 3D scanning market in North and South America. Previously, Chader has held technical and business management positions in several technology based companies.
Mr. Chader holds a BSEE from Union College, and has performed graduate work in Computer Science and Engineering Management at the University of Colorado.
Chief Operating Officer, Rapidform, Inc.: Thomas R. Charron
Tom Charron opened the U.S. office of INUS Technology in 2002, establishing a sales and support presence for the company in the Western Hemisphere. Under his leadership, sales grew quickly and in 2005 the U.S. operations were spun off into Rapidform Inc., an independent California corporation. Mr. Charron manages sales, marketing and support operations for the Americas, while playing a key role in defining the company's future strategy. Previous to INUS/Rapidform, Mr. Charron was an analyst with the Silicon Valley Venture Incubator group of Wisenut, a Korean technology company based in Seoul. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and is currently an MBA candidate at the University of California, Berkeley.
Chief Financial Officer: Yonghyun Zee
Yonghyun Zee brings more than 16 years of experience in financial management to INUS Technology. As CFO, he is responsible for all of the company's financial and legal activities as well as oversight of administrative functions for all of the company's worldwide locations. Previously, Mr. Zee served as the director of administration of Shindoricoh Corporation in Seoul. Mr. Zee holds a MBA degree from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea.
Chief Technical Officer: Michael Lee
Michael Lee is one of the founding members of INUS Technology and has served as the chief architect of the company's products since 1998. In his role as CTO, he manages all research and development activities and leads product strategy planning for both Rapidform and RapidformXO. Mr. Lee holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Aided Design from Seoul National University.
Director of Rapidform R&D Center: Hosang Lim
Hosang Lim is responsible for all facets of product management, including quality assurance, training, technical support and product maintenance. His organization's roles include testing of all INUS Technology products, development of all technically-focused materials and global support of internal users. Mr. Lim brings more than 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and CAD management. Previously, he served as a managing engineer at Daewoo Electronics, and oversaw the company's adoption of Pro/Engineer design software and Mold Flow analysis software there. He holds a B.S. from Yonsei University and an M.S. in Computer Aided Design from Seoul National University.
Founder and Advisor: Dr. Simon Seockhoon Bae
He founded the company in April 1998 to create the world's premiere software technology for 3D scanning, allowing users around the world to harness the power of optical 3D digitizing devices. Under his direction, the company has grown to become the #1 CAD vendor in South Korea and the largest provider of specialized software for 3D scanners in the world. Dr. Bae has led the privately held company through 50%+ revenue growth every year while maintaining profitability. Prior to founding INUS Technology, Dr. Bae served in a number of senior positions at Ricoh Corporation of Japan in software research & development. He is the youngest person to have earned a Ph.D. from Seoul National University than ever, and he holds B.S.(Magna cum Laude) and M.S. degrees in Computer Aided Design from Seoul National Unversity. Dr. Bae conducted his post doctoral fellowship at the MIT CAD laboratory.
